Spacious and lovingly restored, this family-friendly 5BR/2.5BA 1830s-era home is centrally located near everything that Harwich has to offer. This main house offers five spacious bedrooms plus two baths, plus half bath.
Enter into this home and immediately you’ll feel right at home. Unwind into vacation mode on the sofa in the living area with tall cathedral ceilings with a beautiful gas fireplace. In the evening, socialize or settle in to watch a movie on the large flat-screen TV, Amazon Firestick, and DVD.
Channel your inner chef and enjoy cooking your favorite meals in the updated kitchen with a restaurant style gas range, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, built in wine fridge, and a large island with a wet-bar. When it’s time to eat, gather around the outdoor six-person table for a family-style meal. A more formal dining area offers additional seating for a total of 10.
This two-story home sleeps up to 10 guests in five bedrooms. A first floor main bedroom and a den with queen sleeper. The second floor will have three additional bedrooms equipped with two queens, and two full beds. Two full bathrooms available to service second floor bedrooms. Close to Harwich Port restaurants and shops, 1.4 miles from Bank Street Beach, and .25 miles to the grocery, your rental is perfectly positioned for exploring many Cape Cod highlights. Head to the Old Colony Rail Trail in 1 mile, then pedal on to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, a picturesque paved pathway that spans over 20 miles. Sundae School Ice Cream is a local favorite for cones and sweet treats in 3.4 miles. Stop in after an inventive seafood dinner at The Port 1 mile from home.
Non-refundable $295 Administrative fee plus $300 Cleaning fee and applicable state and local taxes.
In the event of cancellation for any reason, please contact us immediately followed by in writing. Written notice of cancellation must be accompanied by payment of a $295 cancellation fee to Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, which may be charged to a credit card. Upon Notice of Cancellation, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty will endeavor to find a substitute tenant. In the event a substitute tenant is found, monies paid in advance will be refunded, less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due. You herein acknowledge that you will only be entitled to a rebate only if you give written notice, pay the cancellation fee and the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. For your protection, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty recommends the purchase of Optional Travel Insurance provided by CSA. In the event the property does not rent for the same terms, all Guest payments for the entire agreement amount are due and forfeited to the owner.
