Each of the 2 bedrooms are on a separate level with its own bath. You'll find one king bed on the main level, a queen bed in the loft, and a queen with additional twin bed in the garden level. All beds are brand new, including the mattresses. The great room is most dramatic with a two story ceiling, a large deck, and a wall of windows. The loft above the great room has a full bath and makes a great loft for overflow guests. The unit features five exclusive-use outside areas, including a lower-level deck, covered front porch and a rooftop deck. Spa-like bathrooms with rain head showers and Kohler fixtures.
This West End locale is a bicyclist's paradise -- bring your bike along or rent one at Gale Force Bikes a half mile away. The Province Lands Bike Trail is accessible nearby, and Herring Cove Beach awaits in less than a 5-minute ride. Walk to the galleries, eclectic shops and must-visit restaurants. Vibrant Commercial Street is close by. Treat yourself to waterfront cocktails and dinner at The Red Inn or The Boatslip Resort is a must-visit for their famed happy hour Tea Dance. In the event of cancellation for any reason, please contact us immediately followed by in writing. Written notice of cancellation must be accompanied by payment of a $295 cancellation fee to Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, which may be charged to a credit card. Upon Notice of Cancellation, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty will endeavor to find a substitute tenant. In the event a substitute tenant is found, monies paid in advance will be refunded, less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due. You herein acknowledge that you will only be entitled to a rebate only if you give written notice, pay the cancellation fee and the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. For your protection, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty recommends the purchase of Optional Travel Insurance provided by CSA. In the event the property does not rent for the same terms, all Guest payments for the entire agreement amount are due and forfeited to the owner.

Smart TV - the listing on VBRO lists a smart TV, but while the living room television may be have been “smart” at some time, the software is so old that streaming apps do not work. There was an Apple TV provided in the living room, but the remote was lost prior to our arrival and property manager did not rectify this despite an inquiry.
Cleaning was abysmal - old makeup brushes and used razors were left in bathroom drawers. Washing machine smelled like mildew with lots of black mold growing in the rubber ring. Carpet in the living room was disgusting and was covered in stains. There was no cabinet space for pantry items (Some existing items had best buy dates of 2019!) Drawers were also dirty. There were multiple issues with doors - bedroom door did not lock, many doors rubbed and difficult to close. Door knobs of bedroom closets fell off when trying to open. King mattress was quite comfortable but lower level queen was old and sagged in the middle.
Again, we did have a lovely stay and we enjoyed the property. But we really expected a higher quality and level of cleanliness and service with a broker like Gibson Sotheby’s and we are slightly disappointed with the above findings.
I don’t think that my expectations are over and above the standard expectations. When a cleaning fee included in our bill, the expectation is that the property is clean and maintains a certain standard.
