During low tide, you can walk across the flats, alongside minnow-filled tidal pools, skittering hermit crabs, and bubbles from clams breathing underfoot. Carry your glass of wine to your own private beach deck or beach in the evening to enjoy one of the world's most spectacular sunsets. In addition to beautiful views, your private deck includes table and chairs, and gas grill. Just bring your bathing suit, sheets and towels and you are ready for a relaxing vacation. This wonderful new 3BR/2BA custom built home is a perfect place for your family vacation. Central Air throughout to make your stay comfy, comfortable living furnishings, as well as a fully equipped kitchen that will fulfill all of your cooking needs. $500 Administrative fee plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package weekly rate for 6 available upon request for an additional cost

The house is in a great location with a 180 degree view of the beach. We enjoy visiting both Provincetown and mid-Cape towns so the house location is great for those activities. Staff at Sotheby’s were very helpful before, during and after our stay. We loved the amenities in the house and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

What a wonderful home! We loved going to bed at night with the sound of the waves and the ocean breezes and then waking up to the beautiful views of the bay. Loved the spacious bedrooms and the updated kitchen with all the necessities you could possibly need. We loved being able to walk right down to the beach everyday. What a wonderful location!! I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for the perfect beach vacation rental. Will definitelyBe back!

The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The deck was perfect and the view of the ocean couldn't be beat. Plus there is easy access to the beach so we spent most of our time down by the water. The only thing (and it was a small thing) we couldn't get the umbrella for the picnic table to work right so we gave up on that early in the week. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely be back again, the house and the location are fantastic.

We had a wonderful stay right on the Bay in Eastham! The house was pristine, the kitchen was well-stocked and the location could not have been better. I caution future visitors to bring hand soap as we couldn’t find any locally and they were extremely low at the house, and bring toilet paper since there were no extra rolls and you never know if the stores will be stocked ($8 for 4 rolls at CVS).
