You can have it all!!! This property is probably what we all think of when dreaming of a Cape Cod beach vacation. A short stroll of less than a third of a mile takes you to glorious Bay View Beach with splendid blue waters. Listen to the bay while indulging yourself in the large outside shower. Enjoy magnificent views from all rooms on the upper level, including the main bedroom. Relax on the second floor featuring a light, open and airy floor plan with central air and sliding glass doors opening onto a wraparound deck with amazing views of beautiful Cape Cod Bay. Walk into Dennis Village for your morning coffee, ice cream or an evening of live music at the Harvest Gallery Wine Bar. On the first floor you enjoy two bedrooms with King sized beds with a shared full sized bathroom and a third bedroom with two twin sized beds. Furthermore there is a living area on the first floor, as well as a full sized washer and dryer. Central air on 2nd floor and ductless mini splits on the first floor will keep you cool on those hot summer days!. Upstairs you will find the main living room, dining area with seating for 6 and kitchen, as well as another bedroom with a King sized bed. Non-refundable $500 Administrative fee plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package for 8 available upon request for an additional cost.

This was our third summer vacation at Shore Drive and we plan to return again next year. The house is perfect for our family and convenient for the grandkids to go back and forth to the beach. Gibson Sotheby’s is very accommodating for all your needs.

From the moment I arrived, until the day I left. This house was the perfect Cape Cod Beach get away. The house had everything you could want, from great views, to a well-stocked kitchen. The walk to the beach took six minutes, and there were plenty of beautiful sunsets visible from the deck. I come back to the spot every year, because it is my happy place.

We have been vacationing on the Cape for a long time and especially love the Mayflower/BayView Beaches. This home is a short walk to the beach and has nice water views from the upper deck. The 4 King beds and two twins are great for friends and family who come to stay with us. Easy walk or bike to town for coffee, shopping, dinner or a drink.

The rental was spacious, modernized and clean. Very well appointed with very good beds. The location is great with Bay views. The walk to the beach is about a quarter mile or there abouts. Its got enough room for a few small familes. Would rent again for sure. If I were being picky, the only thing that could be better is beach front.

I rented the same house for the second year in Dennis on Cape Cod. The house was terrific and Gibson was very professional as a rental agency. They have an app and send lots of helpful reminders.
