This recently renovated, small but sweet, comfy, peaceful, beach point studio has a full kitchen, hw floors, queen murphy bed, ac, private patio, picnic table, common laundry, wifi, parking, and only steps to a peaceful, remote, beach with commanding views of Cape Cod Bay and Provincetown. Enjoy an easy, scenic 2.5 miles into town by car, walking, bike, kayak, sunfish, or taxi. The shuttle (seasonal), stops right out front makes it easy to get into Provincetown and all attractions.This small space was carefully designed to maximize your comfort. It is perfect for an affordable, quiet, and relaxing stay by the beach with easy access to downtown. Many guests have celebrated their wedding, honeymoon, birthday, engagement, and other great events in my space. Because of the size of the space, there is a limit of 2 people. The space has a comfortable queen size murphy bed. Though small, the dramatic cathedral ceilings give the place a more open and spacious feel. With two exclusive use patio areas, including a bistro set, and picnic table, there is no shortage of outdoor space to enjoy the fresh cape cod salty air. The bathroom is equipped with a new, tiled shower and vanity, with plenty of storage for your toiletries, and a closet for your use. Towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, iron, and a hairdryer are all provided.The enclosed back deck is equipped with a bistro table. There are also beach chairs for your use at the beach. Extra Perks: Parking, bike parking, coin op laundry room and garbage room. The beach is a 10 minute walk away. The seasonal shuttle to town stops right in front of the complex from late may thru early September. There is a laundry room, bike rack, parking for one car, and trash room. Non-refundable $295 Administrative Fee, Cleaning Fee plus applicable state and local taxes.
