Nauset Light Beach the sweeping ocean views dominate the scenery.
Situated on one floor, this home has a newly redesigned kitchen with wall to wall ocean vistas, a new bar, every type of cookware, expanded storage and an open concept first floor that ties the kitchen, dining room, sitting area and living room together like never before. The huge wrap around porch is also a living space all on its own.
We think youll love it!!
The 1 st bedroom has a queen-sized bed with views of the Atlantic and a perpetual seaside breeze. In window AC. as well.
The 2 nd bedroom has a pyramid bed with a single over a double. The waves too can be heard at night along with the breeze. In window AC.
Also on the first floor is a full bath with a glass shower, new renovations, and the basement landing.
A queen-sized futon is available in the finished down stairs for additional sleeping
options. A full bath, washer/dryer and dehumidifier are also located on this floor.
Lots of puzzles, tons of games and Donkey Kong cocktail table console and vintage
Quick Draw pinball machine, not to mention all the books you may need.
Although this vintage cottage does not have direct beach access, Nauset Light
House and Nauset Beach are only 0.6 miles away. A ten minute or so walk down a
quiet dirt road. Spend your days at the beach
then wander back for an outside shower, lawn games, cocktails on the terrace,
barbeque, dinner on the deck seats 8, tiki torches, bonfire and the sounds of the
surf and the beacon from Nauset Light.

We stayed at "Endless Summer" from August 27 - September 3, 2022. The house was absolutely perfect for our family.....great location, plenty of space and gorgeous views!!! The house was a 6 minute walk to Nausett Lighthouse Beach. The house was well-equipped and very clean. The outdoor shower was certainly convenient for showering down the pups after a day at the beach. Although the yard was not fenced in, the deck is ample size and very easy to close off so that we could all enjoy relaxing on the deck without the dogs being on leash. We are looking forward to returning to this home next summer. It was the perfect way to end the summer!

Had a great experience at this property. Great private location with nice views and the roar of the ocean. Very walkable to the beach and lighthouse. Place is the perfect size and has great outdoor space.

My husband and I enjoyed our October week here very much. Well-stocked, spotless. Easy location to our favorite hikes and ocean and bay beaches. Bed was very comfortable. Our favorite aspect was the colorful, charming artwork everywhere. We even gave our 5 year old grandson a tour via FaceTime. Only 2 negatives--we hadn't realized there is a large house in front of the rental, which blocks the ocean view (ocean IS visible on both sides of it), and the lower level (a basement with no windows) was musty, with futons that are not very comfortable seating. A dehumidifier might help. We would have preferred that the TV (large, with great picture quality) were located in the comfortable, spacious upstairs. However, we were just 2 people. Teenagers would probably love staying in the private lower level, complete with a fun pinball machine.

This house was excellent, tons of little treasures in the house from old games to pinball and outdoor games in shed with a great view. Easy place to check out and enjoy vacation, beach access would make it perfect but everything else was top notch.

Perfect getaway cottage. Close enough to walk to beach. Comfortable for us (Two couples)- one slept in the room with twins. Didn’t use lower level at all. Place was very clean. Loved the outside shower! Can not beat the views at this very relaxing home. Deck was perfect for outdoor dining and star gazing! Only trouble we had all weekend was finding the rental the first day. Due to the erosion the road is blocked off, access now from newer dirt roads going in from rear. Roads not labeled and realtor wasn’t sure herself where home was but once we found it the fun began!

We celebrated my granddaughter's 30th birthday at 325 Nauset, which was absolutely perfect for our needs and a fantastic location! My only complaint is that the owner requires that guests vacuum the carpets; after having paid a $160 cleaning fee, that is expecting too much. I did a temp fix to a torn screen in the entrance door; needs attention. Drip pans on stovetop should be replaced.
