There are Sonos speakers throughout including the patio, covered porch and primary bedroom, and two laundry rooms.
The wonderful addition of a fully temperature controlled 5-foot deep 13x7 plunge pool adds to the many wonderful features of this amazing and contemporary home.
** Please note the 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment over the garage is currently being built out and on track to be finished for the summer, but in the unforeseen event it is not finished, the homeowner will credit $2,000.00 to guests who have secured bookings.*** Occupancy without the apartment is for 8 guests only - 5 bedrooms 5 1/2 baths.
