This spacious open concept home is perfect for your Cape Cod vacation. Tucked into a wooded neighborhood in Brewster, no direct access to Lower Mill Pond. This 4 bedroom/ 3 bath solar powered gem can comfortably accommodate 8 guests! The first floor has central air and boasts soaring ceilings and cathedral like windows that fill the area with natural light from morning to dusk. Pristine kitchen with stainless steel and granite and dining for 10 flanks one side of the stairway. On the opposite side of the stairway is the living room, sectional sofa and a 55" tv & extended cable. The 1st floor is also the location of 1 main en suite bedroom with a queen bed and direct access to the 1100 square foot deck. Upstairs there are three more bedrooms, each cooled by a ductless split a/c unit. Bedroom #2 and #3 feature queen beds and bedroom #4 has a set of twin beds, Also on the 2nd floor you will find two full bathrooms one with a step in shower and on with a tub shower combination. The beautiful and spacious deck features a dining area, gas grill, and lounge chairs and is an ideal spot to enjoy the idyllic feel of a nature reserve with a seemingly endless species of birds that lay claim to the acres of nearby conservation land. Non-refundable $500 Administrative Fee plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package available upon request at an additional cost. Off season shorter stays will also have a $325.00 cleaning fee

Beautifully done home close to area attractions and beaches yet private. The home was clean, well equipped and had all the conveniences of home. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, this was definitely one of the nicer homes we've stayed in over the years.

Beautiful home in peaceful location. Great wrap around porch. View of woods. House clean. You must drive to all locations. Beach 6 mins away. Biking on rail trail 15 mins by car. Home was in move in condition. No soap, shampoo, linens, nothing in refrigerator! Was given wrong code for lock box but realtors responded within 15 mins. Overall I was happy just frustrated by lack of supplies and having to buy everything which is quite expensive on the cape

Beautifully kept post and beam style home with plenty of room for a party of 8 in a very private setting. Great wrap-around deck overlooking private grounds with plenty of seating. Very convenient location to Brewster, Orleans, and Dennis.

House and landscaping are beautiful! Location is on a extremely narrow road that should be a one way only. It’s unfortunate because you cannot safely walk or bike out of the property as there is barely room for one car to travel in many sections. That being said, the house is a delight. The rooms are very spacious and the house has a new feel, especially the kitchen. The deck wraps around the house and has new furniture. Pictures do not give the deck justice as it is very nice. Air conditioner is excellent at keeping the air cool and dry. Light switches are odd. No outdoor shower but the other amenities make up for that. Overall a joy to stay at this property!
