Once you enter this breathtaking home, the window-lined main living room features a sofa, love seat, and stylish armchair. Gather to socialize or watch a show on the wall-mounted smart TV. An open floor concept this stunning property have unobstructed views of Emery Ponds shimmering water, which is immediately visible upon entry into the house, with water shining through the windows of the living room and through the dining room to the left, as well as the kitchen to the right.

Non-refundable $295 Administrative Fee, Cleaning Fee $361.50 (Linens Included) plus applicable state and local taxes.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of cancellation for any reason, please contact us immediately followed by in writing. Written notice of cancellation must be accompanied by payment of a $295 cancellation fee to Gibson Sothebys International Realty, which may be charged to a credit card. Upon Notice of Cancellation, Gibson Sothebys International Realty will endeavor to find a substitute tenant. In the event a substitute tenant is found, monies paid in advance will be refunded, less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due. You herein acknowledge that you will only be entitled to a rebate only if you give written notice, pay the cancellation fee and the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. For your protection, Gibson Sothebys International Realty recommends the purchase of Optional Travel Insurance provided by CSA. In the event the property does not rent for the same terms, all Guest payments for the entire agreement amount are due and forfeited to the owner.

Spent a week at a lovely two bedroom house in a beautiful lake Location was great and it was well supplied, very clean and very comfortable

Overall, the house was perfect. Location was great, and the view from the back deck was spectacular. Having the linens provided as part of the cost was great! One suggestion, provide a toaster, not a huge deal, but toast in the oven isnt as good! And second, there were lots of ants and pincher bugs, I cleaned the floors and sprayed for bugs and that helped! Would definitely rent again.
