The location is just perfect, very secluded, but about 1.5 miles from the beach, and very close to some of the other aweseome Cape beaches. House had all the amenities you could possibly wish for. Pool is sunny until about 4pm, then you get some nice shade to end the day.

This is our 2nd time at this rental and I hope to return again next year! The home is comfortable the yard/pool inviting the area peaceful and safe..what more could you want for your family. I am thrilled that this home owner understands how important it is to bring the family pet because they are family! With prices going up we wish we could stay 2 weeks but are not able to at this time but possibly in the future. There’s only one suggestion I would make and that is for a couple of portable fans for those of us that do not care for the air conditioners.

We had a great experience staying here. The house was lovely, and the heated pool was the highlight for us. We read, swam, cooked seafood and relaxed with one another. The house has bikes, beach chairs, pool floats and a very well equipped kitchen. It was all immaculate!!! We would love to come back to vacation here again.

This property is updated, clean, spacious, well appointed, stocked & roomy home in an equally beautiful & quiet neighborhood. Being pet friendly was a welcome & appreciated bonus! We have been renting homes on the Cape for years. This by far was the cleanest well maintained property. All bedrooms were comfortable. It was a great home and pool area. Hope to rent again.

This home is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood great for walking and biking. There are also many trails off of the street for a hiking experience that doesn't require driving anywhere. The location is close to Nauset beach and stores/shops in downtown Orleans. The backyard has a private deck and very nice inground pool. The outdoor shower was also private and included hot water!Overall, we were satisfied with our stay, though a few minor adjustments would make the house even more amazing. The living room/dining/kitchen area lacked an air conditioner, though we made due with a fan. Kitchen was well equipped and wifi/ALexa was a great bonus. If the TV in the upstairs den were switched to the master bedroom upstairs, that could be a nice option.Also, we couldn't help but wonder about making the downstairs TV room a bedroom close to the downstairs bathroom. As a two generation family traveling to the Cape for 12+ years, that type of set up can work well for any group or family needing multiple bathrooms and bedrooms/guestrooms. We had a wonderful time at this home! Thank you very much!
