This expansive contemporary home is the perfect vacation home- stylishly and newly furnished with quality throughout every aspect of this home. Located on the South Orleans/Brewster town line, this house sits off the road and is bordered by a lovely tranquil horse farm. The main floor boasts an open, state of the art, granite stainless kitchen that will make it hard to leave at the end of the week!! The kitchen is spacious, open and fully stocked with everything you may need. It flows around to a dining area with seating for ten, to a comfy, but spacious living room with large HD TV. Completing the main floor will be the main bedroom with private bath and two additional guest rooms with full bath to service those rooms. The second floor will offer additional living space, full bath, and third guestroom. Throughout the home you'll feel the cool breezes of a new central AC system. Have some fun family ping pong tournaments on the ping pong table in the basement! The house also includes an outdoor shower, front porch on the front of the house, and large deck off the dining room slider. Pool is heated to a minimum of 80 degrees. The driveway offers plenty of parking with easy access to the main road. Located within minutes of Pleasant Bay Beaches, Captain's Golf Course, restaurants, shopping, hiking , and biking. It is a spectacular location for your family to relax and enjoy your Cape Cod vacation.
*Fire Pit is not for guest use* $500 Non-refundable admin fee, $250 Cleaning fee . Linen rental available for an additional cost. Last Two weeks of June available for three night minimums $850 Per night plus $300 cleaning fee.

Our family once again enjoyed this well appointed comfortable home. The open plan living area is perfect for all generations to enjoy, with a deck that leads off. The kitchen is very well equipped with appliances and good quality kitchenware that is appreciated!The level front lawn was enjoyed by all our 3 generations playing games. But, once again the pool was the highlight! The beautiful landscaping around the pool is well maintained with enough chairs and loungers. The house is situated close to a choice of many beaches.The recreation room's table tennis was also enjoyed by all generations. A fabulous stay for our three generations!
