We were extremely happy with our stay at 217 Winslow Landing. It very comfortably fit our family of 5 plus a a few nights with one set of grandparents. The house is very well kept, well appointed, and up to date. Everything in the kitchen seemed brand new. The house is basically a one minute walk down to a beautiful beach. The private association beach is relatively small, especially at high tide, but you can basically walk for a mile in every direction, including straight out when the tide is low. The location is excellent and super convenient both to Brewster and Orleans. And the management company was friendly and responsive. Definitely recommend this property to anyone.

The Pinecone continues to deliver. This is our favorite family vacation destination and we can’t recommend it enough. Beautiful house with amenities that fit every family’s needs. Proximity to the beach is a short walk to the beautiful Brewster Flats which accommodates both swimming at high tide and a beautiful long distance ocean walk at low. Great location steps to the beach. Large property with modern kitchen and baths. Great second floor outdoor deck. Furniture and mattresses could be upgraded given the price range and the outdoor shower is not enclosed.

Great location, beautiful home. Would have liked to have sheets available. Grill not in great condition...also would have been nice to get an email that the key would be available at the office in the outside mailbox as the office was closed when we arrived on Saturday at 3:30PM.
