Nestled in a private neighborhood on Scargo Hill in Dennis, just minutes from Bay beaches, Scargo Lake and Dennis Village, you find your vacation rental with three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, den, formal dining room, outdoor shower and a large deck with gas grill and seating for 8. This exceptional residence offers 3 levels to enjoy and relax. The main floor features an open eat-in kitchen with breakfast bar and table for 4, a spacious living room with flat screen TV, formal dining room, half bath and a cozy den with a queen sized sleeper sofa. The three bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the master bath has a whirlpool tub and a separate shower. The additional two bedrooms both have a queen sized beds. For your comfort there is central air. There is an additional full bathroom on the 2nd floor as well. The lower level is finished and is a nice space for the kids or the whole family to play games, relax or watch TV. Furthermore, washer and dyer are provided for your use, located on the lower level. The Village, beaches and lakes are a short drive. Non-refundable $500 Administrative Fee, Cleaning Fee $450 (Linens Included) plus applicable state and local taxes.

This property was our great escape from our busy daily lives. Perfect location, beautiful home, everything you could as for, right down to the relaxing pool. This home offered everything we could have asked for.

We love this house! The addition of central ac since last year was great. We were disappointed the front deck rocking chairs weren’t there as that was our favorite morning spot. The pool was cold so not sure the heater was working but still comfortable. Nice responsiveness from realtor for questions.

This is a return trip to this home that we enjoy. We appreciate the supplies that are there such as beach chairs, toys, detergent etc. We did notice lots of weeds around the pool and the kitchen drawers weren’t closing well (normal wear and tear) which we didn’t see last year.

This was our second year at this home. Dealing with Gibson Sotheby’s is professional and seamless. The owners are responsive when contacted and the house is clean and purposeful. We’ve stayed in larger homes in the past and decided to downsize as our group became smaller and we still enjoyed our stay comfortably. The multiple levels let’s us have our own space and the proximity to all of our favorite beaches are pleasantly easy to get to. The pool is also a great bonus!

This house has everything you need - ac to keep you cool, all the amenities of a home, space for all including a spot for kids to have for themselves in the basement and an amazing heated pool. The pool umbrellas were great but one was alittle unsteady and tipped over frequently. The grill burns uneasily and difficult to keep clean. After only 1 usage it needs to be fully cleaned again.
