Situated on one floor, this cottage has a charming kitchen, water views from the living room and two bedrooms, which are equipped with a queen bed in the master bedroom and custom-built bunk beds in the second bedroom. Shower in the new constructed outdoor shower to wash away the sand and prepare to relax for the evening. Rent this cottage and neighboring home as summer compound to accommodate up to 10 guests. Non-refundable $295 Administrative Fee, Cleaning Fee $110 plus applicable state and local taxes. Pets considered for dogs under 30lbs. for an additional $75. We loved the cottage and the sunsets that were easily viewed from our backyard. The house is small, but had everything we needed for a wonderful week.

Overall, the property is quite nice though this property really is better served rented in conjunction with the adjacent property. The property is in a fantastic location though the views are much better from the adjacent property. Privacy would be a substantial concern if this unit was rented individually as you are really right on top of the other house. It functioned really well for our needs as we had two groups that spent nearly all our time together but enjoyed private sleeping accomodations. It is located directly on a private staircase to the beach but also directly adjacent to a public access which is much less steep and less stairs to access the beach. Inside, the property is small but well kept. It has very limited dishware/utensils and no dishwasher or laundry facilities. It has a mini-split heating/cooling system which functions well to control cottage. The outdoor shower is fully functional and the grill brand new. The outdoor furniture is quite dated and somewhat rusted; especially compared to the next door property which has a much better set up.

This was our second summer staying at 760 campground and we love staying there. Perfect for family with two young kids. Can’t beat the location right on campground beach and great to access cape code rail trail and the ocean beaches. Check in and check out are easy rental staff is helpful.
