The living room has a large bay window, comfortable couches and a 55 inch flat screen TV. The first floor has a lovely Main suite with a new queen bed (2019) full bath with a separate water closet and a large walk in closet. Additionally you have a guest bathroom on the first floor and a laundry area. The second floor offers four bedrooms and 2 full baths. For your comfort there is central A/C . The spacious backyard has a large patio with a gas grill and huge enclosed outside shower. **House is available off season with a 3 NIGHT MINIMUM** $600 per night plus taxes and fees. Linens are provided . $408 Cleaning fee, $295 Administrative fee plus applicable state and local taxes

My family has been renting in Dennis for countless years. Out of all the houses we have rented, this house is by far our favorite! The proximity to Corporation Beach was unbeatable! This house more than accommodated every member of family, ranging from three year olds to a 90 year old. The kitchen was extremely spacious, making cooking meals each night easy, even with several people helping out. If we were to make a suggestion, it would be to add an extra fridge in the garage, because it was difficult to find enough space in the fridge for all eleven of us, including food for dinners each night, in addition to keeping drinks colds; however, we were able to use our coolers with ice.

This home is so spacious with a large yard (lots of yard games in the garage) - ideal for a big family stay. The room above the garage is perfect for kids! It was like they had their own little apartment. To note: there is a pack n play at the home! Kitchen is well equipped. It is a short walk (7 mins) to the beach. We absolutely loved Corporation Beach! It is also a short walk to Dennis Village which has a few shops, bakeries, and a market! We had an amazing two weeks here and already can’t wait to come back next year!

What a gorgeous house! It was beautiful and soooo clean! Been renting down the Cape for over 40 years and this was the cleanest house we have ever been in. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of room, rooms were very large, comfortable seating, great having a garage to leave all the sandy things outside after the beach. We had such a relaxing vacation. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to rent.

Basically everything went well. Communication with the agency was excellent. Any concerns were addressed immediately. Plenty of room and very relaxing time. Excellent location to beach and local establishments.
