This will be our 5th year renting the Summer Sand through Gibson Sotheby's. Denise is always an absolute pleasure to deal with. We love the rental and its proximity to Bayview Beach which in my opinion is one of the nicest beaches on the Cape!We will continue to rent this property as long as it's available!

We had a great week in Dennis. The house was very clean and comfortable. They had air conditioners in each bedroom which we needed for our week. Would highly recommend the house, so convenient to the beach which is what we wantedMy only comment was the beds were not hat comfortable and the wifi was very weak,but would stay at the house again!!
